We are an owner-run full service provider, established in the market since 1996, specialising in the comprehensive management of shopping and hybrid centres, specialist retail locations and offi ce portfolios. With over 30 years of experience, we can look back on numerous successful projects and transactions. Our fi rst large-scale brief in Germany, in the early 90s, was the planning, development and establishment of all the management structures for CentrO Oberhausen, which is still the largest retail and leisure centre in Europe. Our team, which has now grown to over 45 employees, has unique expertise and extensive experience. We are a competent partner at your side, designing tailor-made solutions for you. Our aim is always to provide you with the best possible qualitative output. RME currently manages a property portfolio of over 1.7 million square metres, administers more than 1500 rental contracts and runs 60 assets with an approx. value of 2.6 billion euros throughout Germany.
