Our models may be put into software packages in formats of NCSIMUL, Parasolid, Acis, Inventor, TopSolid, IGES, GibbsCAM, STEP, STL, and Machine Works. The models allow for fewer errors on the shop floor, ultimately saving our customers time and money by enabling them to "CRASH PIXELS, NOT PARTS"! We have amassed a library of models from over 35 machine tool makers containing hundreds of machine models. We work closely with machine builders and their distributors to get information on the latest models and even go out and measure custom machines on customer's floors. We have priced these machines at a cost less than most company in house designers would charge to develop these models and less than most builders charge for models that often look nothing like what is on the floor. We utilize a variety or resources to get performance information, including max feedrates, acceleration, travel limits, and other kinematic data to ensure our models perform correctly.
