We are delay analysis specialists, with narrow focus on quickly determining entitlement to EOT, compensation, acceleration and disruption. Our approach is the exact reverse of most Claims Consultancies. Instead of initially compiling delay events to integrate into the programme, we analyze the programmes extensively first, using the most advance computational methods. Specifically, this is done utilizing a computational daily windows analysis. This tells us definitively for every day of the project what activities were causing delay and acceleration, so we can focus efficiently on target areas. We compile this list and then focus on their relationship to cited and newly created delay events. The method adopted and implemented in our initial assessment is the Observational / Dynamic / Contemporaneous As-Is Windows Analysis applied in daily increments. This method is sometimes referred to as the time slice method or windows analysis. It is a retrospective and dynamic analysis method. It requires both a networked baseline an updated host schedule.
