Revpower private limited was founded in 2019 with the goal of developing and manufacturing a high quality line of DC motors for industrial use. The manufacturing facility is set up in Chakan, Pune to manufacture a monthly capacity of 100 machines. The state-of-the-art facility is fully quipped for in house fabrication & machining of housings, blowers, heat exchangers, water coolers and terminal boxes, among other things, using a variety of manufacturing techniques like CNC laser, CNC plasma, CNC gas cutting, CNC bending, fabrication and CNC machining. The facility is fully equipped to make cores, wind coils, wind rotors and wind stators, as well as impregnate, cure and perform all post-processing operations required for the rapid manufacturing of high quality DC motors. Our well trained and experienced workforce is on duty to provide the finest quality product and value to our customers. The name REV power is derived from our mission to produce REVolutionary DC motor designs that offer unparalleled performance and value to the industry.
