Alle benodigde expertise is in huis waarmee we een situatie creëren waarin de optimale zorgvorm wordt aangeboden. RevaCure heeft behandelprogramma's opgesteld voor veelvoorkomend letsel problematiek. Deze trajecten bestaan uit een intensief 16 weken programma. Aan de hand van de doorverwijzing en patiëntgeschiedenis wordt tijdens de intake met de zorgregisseur een persoonlijk behandelplan opgesteld.
