Revent was born consequent to the acquisition of two former Amtek group Companies (Amtek Auto Limited and Castex Technologies Limited ) by DVI, a US based investment fund. DVIs Resolution Plan for the businesses included a complete financial settlement of all past liabilities and induction of fresh capital for future growth. Under the leadership of a new Board of Directors and professional management, Revent aims to transform into a thriving organisation responsive to the needs of customers, employees and all other stakeholders. Revent manufacturing facilities offer multi-technology solutions in Ferrous and Aluminium based casting, forging and machining processes. Our existing products cater to the entire range of mobility solutions, servicing a diversified customer base ranging from Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Tractors, Construction Equipment, Two Wheelers and Three Wheelers. Our roadmap includes expanding product offerings to include the Electric and Hybrid mobility segments, as well as diversifying into adjacent industries such as defence, aerospace.
