Reverie Development. Reverie Estates seeks out historic properties in need of development in the City of Indianapolis. We design our renovations with the thought of living there ourselves, and we add character that gives the resident a home to be proud of. We pay attention to detail and keep a long-term vision. We have already invested millions in our past projects, we have others currently underway, and we plan to find many more in the years to come.
