REVEX is a leader in the sustainable processing and production of nickel concentrate and other critical minerals from waste materials. Our platform helps mining organizations accelerate permitting timelines, materially reduce capital, operating, and closure costs associated with tailings storage facilities (TSFs), and mitigate the primary environmental concern facing mining communities—acidic mine waste. By reclaiming value from mine tailings, spent lithium-ion batteries, and manufacturing scrap, REVEX addresses growing demand for domestic, auditable, FEOC-free critical mineral supply while eliminating long-term environmental liabilities. Our approach collapses time-to-market, improves project economics, and enables compliant supply for defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing applications. REVEX operates as an independent, non-exclusive processing platform, designed to work with multiple U.S. and allied mining and recycling partners. The company integrates upstream recovery, midstream processing, and downstream recycling to advance circular, defense-aligned critical mineral solutions that strengthen U.S. industrial resilience and benefit local communities. In 2025, REVEX contracted with the U.S. Department of Energy under a $145 million federal award to support execution of its flagship REV Nickel project, providing federal validation of the platform’s technical readiness and national-scale potential.
