Mission: To provide free, professional-quality home repairs and comprehensive services for low-income seniors, veterans and homeowners with disabilities in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties Promise of Experience: • Awarding priority to disabled, elderly and veteran homeowners • Providing a friendly and skilled volunteer force • Responding to strategic plans established by government agencies, including county and municipal plans • Ensuring a one-stop process for homeowners to receive services form many agencies • Engaging in flexible and consistent collaborations with homeowners • Qualifying homeowners to receive services more than once What Makes RTGM Unique: • Completely FREE and essential home repairs • Long-standing relationships with dozens of community agencies • Occupational therapist assessment and modifications • Extensive referral services for needs other than housing • Few qualifications
