As an organisation with vast culinary and dietetic experience, our primary goal is to provide more independence to these people through proven effective changes to diet and care procedures. We aim to demonstrate that responsible sourcing and careful management of menus can result in a nett saving for our clients. This provides a ‘win for all’ outcome that will help take Scotland’s 3rd sector and supported education to a far higher level of quality.
