We are a property management and construction company that revives tired houses to create healthy, happy homes in Metro Detroit! WE FIND TIRED HOUSES WITH GOOD BONES We're a construction company that does things a bit differently. It may need a lot of work, but don't dump that tired, beautiful old home into a landfill - It can be fixed! What do we mean by tired? We mean old, dingy, sad, and worn down. Sometimes these houses are livable, sometimes they are close to being condemned or torn down. Usually they have been either improperly maintained for quite some time, or meticulously maintained by someone for 50 years without any renovations. We're open to them all, but the key to becoming a Revive Development project is the house has to be potential-rich with good bones, lots of character, and an overall good feeling - we trust our guts. WE DESIGN, DEMO, REBUILD, REUSE, RENOVATE & INNOVATE Let's make this house happy! Foundation caving? We've got a professional to fix that. Asbestos tiling? We will get it removed and certified that the property is environmentally safe. Original 1920 roof? That'll need replacing. This room's too small, this wall is kind of in the way, do we still need that chimney? Ok, lets change it! Ooh, what beautiful hardwood under those asbestos tiles! Save that trim! We'll reuse it! With over 20 years of construction experience, a licensed builder, a real estate agent and design degrees in house we can do it all - and we will. WE MAKE THE HOUSES HAPPY, HEALTHY HOMES Once they're happy, they're available for you! If we could, we would live in every property we touch, because we love them that much! Obviously, we can't and unfortunately, the business dictates they must either be sold or rented.
