We focus on people and seek to do the highest good, do no harm, tell and embrace truths, and empower people, organizations, and communities to reach their goals. We are a small firm that offers highly customized approaches for each client. We seek to put the public interest first, making us a mission-driven private firm. We seek solutions that strengthen community resilience, connectivity, prosperity, health, inclusion, equity, and well-being. Our approaches and strategies for communities are grounded in their values and visions. We plan with a long vision lens but always focus on immediate and tangible next steps, that follow a logic model that rests on metrics, roles, responsibilities, and resources needed. We design and facilitate processes that nurture trust, and respect, and build lasting partnerships that together are better enabled to impact positive change.
