I believe in creating lifelong habits instead of relying on willpower, because we all know willpower eventually loses BIG TIME! A few things that I believe (and some that I don’t) Good health is the foundation for a joy-filled life. A life where you can maximize every opportunity, with friends, family, for yourself or for your career. I do not believe in diets; they become utterly redundant (and boring) when you choose to swap them for lifelong habits that empower you to make better decisions. Knowledge is power. Power to make a change for the better. I used to believe ignorance was bliss but then ignorance hit me hard and floored me completely. I believe in empowering you to become healthier and happier by giving you the essential information you need to make the right decisions. I believe in meeting you where you are and taking one step at a time. Every achievement will accumulate confidence and lead to bigger achievements in both health and life. What’s the point in setting unattainable goals, only to feel overwhelmed and give up halfway through? Every action has a consequence, and I believe in taking responsibility for one’s life.
