Hi, my name is Monica Zimmerman. I am the Creative Director and Founder of Rework Society. Rework Society is more than a brand, it is a lifestyle choice. My passion for art and sustainable fashion has been my cornerstone since I attended Art School years ago. I fell in love with the creative process of curating outfits from vintage shops AND most recently, creating my artistic vision with wearable art pieces, using second chance apparel as the canvas. This is how Rework Society was born! My mission is to offer a reflection of those folks who want to step into their authentic self, be unique and wear clothing that is funky, sustainable and authentic to one's unique aesthetic. Our garments are one-of-a-kind pieces. The designs are never duplicated. They are both expressive and whimsical. No other designer or design house is doing what WE are doing at Rework Society. We are a sustainable, cutting-edge design company that creates one-of-a-kind unique garments from second chance (used) apparel. The designs are never duplicated. We offer fittings for all genders, nonbinary and plus sizes. As a queer, nonbinary designer, I want apparel that is inclusive, and acknowledges my individual aesthetic.
