In particular, assisting clients in commercial real estate purchase transactions (commercial & residential - which include negotiations, due diligence, title work, and closings, with a focused interest on opportunity zones), and commercial lease negotiations, all throughout the South Florida region. Further, assist investor groups negotiate and close on bulk purchases of real estate, and help developers, builders and investors structure real estate projects (e.g, condo conversions) and loan closings (e.g, construction loan closings). On the litigation side, assist asset managers, private lenders, and investors with plaintiff's commercial foreclosure actions (throughout the State of Florida) and commercial evictions, partition actions, trade secrets and non-compete cases. All areas incorporating and supported by the necessary corporate work where we act as general counsel work for small & mid-sized companies and non-profits.
