Reynolds & Brown has been involved in commercial real estate development for more than forty (40) years, developing over eight (8) million square feet of Class A office, office flex, retail and light industrial projects. We currently own and manage approximately two (2) million square feet of space, principally located in the East Bay. Many of our projects have won architectural awards. The quality standards we set for project design, execution and maintenance are the standards by which other projects are judged. We have grown with our tenants, by owning and managing over 70 buildings in the East Bay, while offering flexibility for our tenants expansion and diversification needs. We are headquartered in Concord, and have a full-service management offices in San Leandro as well.
