Founded in Geneva on October 10, 2020, Rezalliance is a pioneering organization that brings together a network of multidisciplinary experts — in labor law, psychology, organizational sociology, and coaching — to provide pragmatic and constructive solutions to workplace harassment and discrimination. Our approach is holistic, systemic, and cross-functional, combining listening, advisory services, training, and social innovation to drive lasting change in professional culture and practices. Our two main pillars: 🟠 Rezalliance.com (Not for Profit) – raising public awareness, notably through the International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion at Work Rez-Care.com – a support platform for organizations and individuals: risk reporting, confidential hotline, advisory services, interactive training, and thematic conferences. We also developed innovative tools like the Workplace Harassment Baroscope to identify organizational risks, measure workplace culture, and guide targeted interventions for lasting change.
