I set up RG4 as I wanted to truly partner with businesses and not be an after thought in the most important aspect of building a business – people and the recruitment of those people. Since 2012, I have partnered with a growing list of businesses in all aspects of their recruitment, working alongside decision makers to understand their objectives, growing to understand their businesses, business cultures and helping them in turn to expand their teams, helping them open new sectors and even expand regionally and Internationally (USA, mainland Europe, Australia and Asia). The reassurance of working with the business owner is why many of my clients use me exclusively, they understand the mindset of a sole owner and its that as well as an honest approach that has led to long term relationship with all my clients.
