RH2INE is the first comprehensive corridor approach to one of the key priorities of Connecting Europe Facilities: enabling and strengthening the synergies between energy, transport and telecom. Focussing on the EU’s ambition to become the first zero emission continent, RH2INE seeks to realise market-ready hydrogen applications along one of EU’s oldest core network corridors, powered by the first sustainable and interoperable gas and electricity networks in the world. Rhine Hydrogen Integration Network of Excellence (RH2INE), endorsed by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, is an initiative of the Province of Zuid-Holland and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitisation and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia.
