Rheinerden AG is an operational management and investment company based in Ruggell, Liechtenstein, which specializes in the strategic management, control and coordination of subsidiaries as part of a management holding company. In addition, RheinErden advises portfolio companies and external companies and provides interim management personnel to EAMD AG and Rheingold Minen AG. In addition to acquiring, holding and managing investments, we also offer the further development, restructuring and reorganization of portfolio companies and external companies. In contrast to its competitors, RheinErden invests specifically in unlisted target companies (minority investments) that are aiming for a listing in the future. A successful listing of a portfolio company on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange in the market segment “Freiverkehr” was carried out with EAMD AG in December 2021.
