Rhema-Organic driving motto is :"improving the life of rural populations in Cameroon". How? By modernising the agriculture (while still preserving the familial cell), improving the products quality, seeking the appropriate niche market (organic agriculture, women's work, Zero deforestation.), putting the buyers in relation with the appropriates cooperatives. Our values:* Nature preservation must always be looked at, at each step of the business.* The farmers must be able to live with a fair income and have bonuses for quality.* Child are allowed to work on the fields, at the conditions they are not under exploitation, don't do dangerous tasks or be school dropouts.* Always keep a contact with the rural populations and with the international markets; ensure we are informed of the necessities and realities of each sides. To be able to answer to theses commitments, we take care a total traceability and transparency is applied at each step on the process.
