I am an independent consultant providing my services for consulting firms, recruiters, and working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. I work as an independent resource providing software and computer resources to complete my customers validations and engineering. I also provide liability and professional insurances for the work undertaken at my customers operations. Technical Strengths Summary: • More than 20 years of experience with pharmaceutical bio-tech control system programming, equipment validation, C&Q, Medical Devices V&V. • Over 38 years in the electrical, controls, and validation industries. • Strong QA Oversight, QSR Compliance and Risk Analysis (FMEA) skills. • Working validation knowledge in many of the following systems/areas such as • Cleaning Validation - CIP/COP; TOC/Endotoxin / Bioburden, Swab/Rinse; Recovery curves/LOD. • Autoclave, SIP systems, KayeValidator/BI's, Lyophilizers, Fillers, Cappers • Utilities; Water systems; Air; HVAC • Manufacturing Batch Process/Formulation/Filtration/Filling processes • Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft Office and Technical writing. I have the ability to function and work through issues independently.
