As a professional facilitator I support leaders and managers in organisations with the communication between teams and individuals. I facilitate learning processes through interactive training and personal coaching. When communication difficulties arise or when there is resistance to change in organisations I work closely with leaders and managers to create clarity and authentic communication. I use interactive techniques and work towards participatory processes. The participants of the learning process are owners of their learning and take responsibility for the changes they think are necessary. This motivates people in organisations to work as a team and to become high achieving.
