Rhythm & Flow is an event promotion company that is dedicated to transforming the music scene in Salem, Oregon. Our focus is on creating inclusive and empowering musical experiences that celebrate diversity and uplift minority communities. We produce high-energy music shows that resonate with sold-out audiences and create multimedia content for our events or for other companies, brands, artists, etc. The company was founded by Albert Ramon Jr (DJ Inferno) along with Miguel Canchola (Madebypowr). They became connected through mutuals working in the music scene in Salem and found success while working together on different musical events.
