Riaque Konsult Sdn Bhd was founded in March 2020. Being a newly registered company, the firm draws upon the experience of its Director and owner, Ir. Kalai Chelvan Arumugam. A civil engineer by profession, Ir. Kalai has more than 30-years of experience in project execution, project management and design management of various projects including hydropower, highway and infrastructure projects. The firm is focused in three areas of service: i. Project Advisory Includes technical advisory and project management for all projects including highway, rail, dam, waterways, water supply, hydropower, infrastructure project development and similar. The scope also includes any concept development and engineering design of the projects. ii. Value Management Carrying out Value Engineering, Value Analysis or Value Management (VM) for all projects using latest methodology. VM methodology maximizes the value of projects, system and business processes whilst maintaining or enhancing the quality and performance. The scope includes reviewing the Life Cycle Cost of projects. Development Management Undertaking Social Development Projects, including investment in people and uplifting their skills and training to achieve their full potential. It also includes undertaking projects in socially challenged environment, youth programs and services, promotion of active lifestyle and safe and secure communities.
