Originally from Long Island, New York, I - Eric Friedlander - have been playing football for about 23 years and have been in the fitness industry for about 13 years. I am currently playing professionally in Latvia, and have experience all over Europe. I started Ric Fit 6.5 years ago with ONE purpose : to help footballers from all backgrounds and ages get the best results in the most efficient way possible in order to reach their full potential. What drives me? Making the world healthier and happier, one person at a time. The investment of time in both football & fitness has absolutely changed my life for the better! The beautiful game has taught me a lot about myself, others and life as a whole. The biggest lesson this journey has taught me : if you work extremely hard, and you are disciplined, patient, persistent and you never give up, anything is possible! Along with my professional career, I decided to become a Personal Trainer after realizing how much fitness has improved my life. I now want to help others improve their lives as well.
