Rural Initiative for Community Empowerment - West Nile (RICE-WN) is an indigenous Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that was found in 2004 as a community service provider for health, governance, environmental welfare and human rights. RICE-WN headquarters is located in Arua District Plot 3B Mvara-Oluko Road. RICE-WN has a Branch Office in Nwoya District Anaka Town Council. VISION: A model community-based services provider for holistic transformation MISSION: To advance and promote healthy community development RICE-WN GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AREAS West Nile Region: Arua District, Nebbi District, Pakwach District, Moyo District and Adjumani District Acholi Region: Nwoya district Bunyoro Region: Bulisa district CORE PROGRAM AREAS Community Health Goal: To improve and promote quality health services accessibility to communities for self-reliance.
