Richard Hicks Development (Est.1990) are an established Development and Building Contractor based in the North Cotswolds. We initiate development, design, gain planning consent, build/renovate/extend both listed and new build projects across the UK. Specifically in our region our presence allows us to foster trusting and beneficial working partnerships with our customers, consultants, supply chain and local communities. As well as our own development initiatives we provide building contractor services to include free on-site consultations and as requested, cost management with quantity surveyors, a full design service and assistance gaining local authority permissions from conception through to completion. Our in-house teams of contractors ensure that your build is handled from the ground up with the project management of our umbrella service that ensures budgets and deadlines are kept.
