Richard Morgan Advisory is a boutique advisory firm specialised in the luxury and premium consumer goods sector. With a background in investment banking, and many years experience working with the sector, we provide bespoke financial and strategic business advice. We follow brands and companies in personal goods (fashion, leather, jewellery and watches, perfume and cosmetics…), lifestyle (design, interiors, fine wines and gastronomy…) and speciality retail (retail chains and franchises, e-commerce…). Our clients include business owners and management, entrepreneurs, private equity, high-net worth investors and family offices. Based in Paris, we work with an extensive network of correspondents in France and internationally. What we do : Mergers & acquisitions We partner with clients from origination to completion of transactions, building on our long practice of investment banking and involvement in the luxury sector. Investor strategy We work with investors with a long-term horizon helping set the rationale for selecting opportunities in the sector and coordinating in the building of a dynamic portfolio. Business development We advise companies in their strategic decision making, identifying opportunities for growth in the sector and assisting owners and managers in moments of dynamic change.
