Richard Seltzer Designs

We are a design+build firm with a focus on space, light, materials, and objects. We create a sense of wonderment and sensuality, enhancing the client’s everyday experience. Richard Seltzer is an Alumnus of SCI-Arc, the Southern California Institute of Architecture, an affiliate member of the AIA, a California Certified Interior Designer, and a General Contractor. He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Woodbury School of Architecture and a frequent guest critic at the Art Center College of Design and the UCLA Landscape Architecture program.
