Richards & Martin provides residential and commercial construction services, construction consulting, owner/developer representation, construction defect consulting and litigation support as well as insurance claim analysis and support. Established in 2002, we have a rich history of building and repairing multi-million dollar luxury homes in downtown Naples along with working with developers as owner’s representatives and supporting attorney’s and homeowners in construction defect litigation projects. Our experience with Naples land development infrastructure includes roadway, utilities and marine development in extremely environmentally sensitive areas.
