We are a residential property management firm located in Reston, Virginia. The owners have been licensed Realtors for over 15 years and also own rental properties in the area and understand what it takes to be a landlord and the stresses that come along with that. Over the years, we had many clients and friends ask us if we could manage their homes because they did not want to sell at that time or they were planning on returning in a few years. We decided to officially open our business and it has grown and we’ve been able to help many homeowners. With a combined experience of 25 years in Northern Virginia real estate, Richey Property Management delivers results via a highly personalized level of service. We are real estate investors like you, and we know what it takes to make a property a good investment. Our team takes a hands on approach to working with our clients from the beginning. We help prepare the property for rent, qualify tenants and manage the lease term – from the first walk through until you decide to move back in or sell the property. We are there every step of the way, working for you. We are actively involved in many professional organizations in leadership roles and work hard to stay current with landlord/tenant laws, property maintenance issues & materials and general business management.
