Residential Industrial Commercial Quantity Surveyors Pty Ltd (RIC-QS) was founded in 2014 by Sam Francis. For over 15 years, Sam has specialised in providing Quantity Surveying consultancy advice to various financial institutions and the property development industry. Some of Sam’s experiences include working for his own family construction company, builder side construction management and client side construction consultancy. As a result of this experience base, he has developed an understanding of the whole construction industry. RIC-QS prides itself on a client focused integrated property consultancy service that is delivered to the highest standard. This includes and is not limited to meeting and understanding all the major banks reporting standards. Furthermore, RIC-QS take time in recognising where the risks are in any project and identifying any associated additional cost.
