Our first product is an online legal contract editor that makes the contract negotiation process simpler, smarter, and more secure. We created Ridacto out of our own pain and frustration in negotiating complex agreements in the past. Ridacto is an easy-to-use, fully secure platform that allows you to revise legal contracts collaboratively, check your contracts for errors, and e-sign them all in one place. Ridacto is for busy attorneys and business owners who are tired of the back-and-forth of emails and multiplying Word files and want to get contracts done as quickly and effectively as possible.
