Ridalia Homes is an integrity-driven agency that seeks to build long-term cordial relationships with landlords, buyers, and renters. We charge no viewing fees for all listings in our direct portfolio, and we take no agency commission from renters. Landlords are only charged 5% for rental deals. We generally cover affordable luxury listings ($400 -$1,800) in all prime areas, but predominantly in the East Legon, Dzorwulu, West Legon & Abelemkpe environs. Airbnb Management is one of our specialties, and in addition to renting, we also assist with Moving Services, Interior Decoration, and more. We look forward to working with you.
