With dedicated physical service centres across India, the platform assists the customer through their entire ownership journey. We are reimagining the way electric vehicles are being sold by OEMs. RideEV is a phygital ( physical + digital ) distribution and financing platform assisting customers in their entire buying and ownership journey of EVs. Aspiring to reach even the remotest areas of the county, we ensure that there is an EV product befitting each customer’s needs. RideEV’s leadership team consists of IIT graduates, who are seasoned entrepreneurs with experience in building and scaling both online and retail businesses. The digital platform brings in the scale and helps us to reach any user across India. The online platform enables the customer to: o Research & Compare EVs o Test Drive their favourite EV model(s) at home o Purchase & Finance their EVs at home Consumers love choices, transparency and convenience, and the RideEV platform provides them to the consumers with its unique model. Our financing products are being conceptualized after carefully understanding the customer profiles in semi-urban and rural areas and would offer financing with high LTV and long tenure to an underserved customer base. The customer gets their vehicle insights on their mobile applications. The vehicle insights include the battery charging status, battery life, GPS, and geofencing capabilities. The customer can book a service at home or a nearby RideEV physical centre through their mobile application with the pick-and-drop service for their vehicles.
