Ridge Road Training & Consulting, Inc.(RRTC) is an Haudenosaunee-owned and led training and consulting company specializing in Indigenous, decolonizing, anti-racism, anti-oppression, and social justice education and organizational change. Ridge Road is owned and led by two Haudenosaunee women, Gail Brant-Terry and Dr. Kiera Brant-Birioukov, as well as Dr. Anton Birioukov-Brant (Russian immigrant). We are comprised of a collaborative team of First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and Settler academics, educators, researchers, consultants, and facilitators, who possess an intimate knowledge of Indigeneity, decolonization, research methodologies, and facilitation.
