RIGA PHARM is a pharmaceutical company having started its journey in March 2013 in the city of Gjilan, in Republic of Kosovo. The company began as a small individual business, with pharmacist Arta Zeqiri as its owner. Despite its humble beginnings, RIGA PHARM quickly became one of the most beloved pharmacies for the citizens of Gjilan. With its commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products and exceptional customer service, RIGA PHARM quickly gained a reputation as a reliable source for all of its customers' medical needs. The company's founder and staff worked tirelessly to ensure that every customer received personalized attention and care, which made them feel valued and appreciated. In May 2017, RIGA PHARM embarked on a path of expansion, creating what was later known as the RIGA PHARM Pharmacy chain. The pharmacy network included four pharmacies in Gjilan and a pharmaceutical warehouse that ensured smooth logistics and efficient supply of pharmaceutical products to all units. The success of the RIGA PHARM pharmacy chain in Gjilan made it possible to expand the pharmaceutical network with 2 pharmacies, and a year later, in 2019, the company expanded to other regions of the country. The end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 finds the RIGA PHARM company with 10 active units and with a concrete and detailed plan for the opening of another 15 units within 2020. Today, RIGA PHARM has grown significantly and now operates over 70 pharmacy units with more than 500 employees, who serve with dedication to the citizens, with high responsibility and professionalism. The company's commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service has made it a leader in the industry, with a reputation for excellence that is recognized throughout the country.
