At Riggs Nutrition, we believe in balance and meeting you where you are on your journey to overall health and wellness. With 25 years of experience working in health with a local, national, and international focus, I bring years of professional and personal work, with the strong belief in the importance of lifestyle and life stage impact on diet and health. After a brief introduction, nutrition counseling begins with an in-depth understanding of your health and food history as well as of your current goals. From there, follow up appointments are used to discuss challenges + successes, and a plan of action to implement your next steps. Since no two situations are the same, these are scheduled at a frequency requested by the client. Recipe help and meal planning are offered as stand-alone or as add-on services to any appointment.
