Right Ascension LLC specializes in aerospace product development, hardware design, fabrication, and testing. We also provide consulting expertise and insight into other technologically challenging industries based on experiences and lessons learned in the demanding endeavor of aerospace vehicle development. Right Ascension has worked with multiple launch vehicle companies and aviation OEMs in the development of automated product acceptance testing facilities used in the component manufacturing environment. The founder and President of Right Ascension, Steve Murphy, was previously a Lead Propulsion Development Engineer for SpaceX supporting the Falcon 9 V1.1 Merlin 1D engine program and also spent 4 years as a Test Director for various iterations of the Merlin 1D engine program at the McGregor, TX test site.
