Our journey began back in 2013 when RIGHT-STEP was born. With many years of experience in the industry, Founder Hasan Kadri had a clear vision to create a company that challenged the archaic ways of the industry. His sole focus was on the customer experience, to ensure customers achieve the very best outcome and help them achieve their goals. Hasan took his diverse agency experience which was a combination of traditional estate agency, the modern hybrid agency system and his experience in business development and combined these experiences to create a transparent, enlightened business model. Unlike traditional estate agencies who employ unmotivated staff to be paid a salary in order to try and hit impossible targets, Hasan realised that this type of business model acts mainly in the best interest of the company and neglects the needs of the customer so he decided to opt for the concept of bringing on Associates who are effectively partners of the business, sharing the goals of achieving the best and driving the focus on the customer’s needs. By combining the experiences and business models along with consistent training into customer service, marketing, and overall professionalism of our Associates, RIGHT-STEP Real Estate are able to attract and produce the best estate agents in the area.
