Right Trak

At Right Trak, we provide care and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4 to 18 from a wide range of backgrounds who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. Our mission is to give them the foundations they need to achieve key developmental milestones and thrive in everyday life. Our model of care is rooted in nurturing, healing relationships delivered by our team of committed carers our ‘therapeutic parents’. Through this approach, we help young people build trust, develop emotional regulation, and experience positive, life-enhancing opportunities as they move towards adulthood. Young people are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that high-quality care starts with a skilled and supported team. That’s why we prioritise staff wellbeing through ongoing training, regular supervision, and investment in professional development. Our in-house team includes a Calm associate and a clinical psychologist, ensuring we can offer comprehensive and informed support. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone believe in themselves, embrace their individuality, and define success on their own terms.
