Riipinen Restaurants has served Ruka Ski Resort customers with delicious food delivered with warmth and hospitality. Founded by Paavo Riipinen with the opening of Pizzeria Ruka in 1988, the company is today leaded by next generation family entrepreneur Henrik Riipinen. The company operates nowadays seven restaurants. Six of those are located in Ruka-Kuusamo area: Pizzeria Ruka, RUOK Burger, Vespino, Kotipizza Ruka, Subway Ruka and Subway Kuusamo Prisma and one of them in Pyhä ski Resort: Popolo We believe that the greatest factor in the success of a business is the people. In our restaurants, we work hard to attract, hire and train caring staff that is known for its friendly service, work ethic, empathy and passion on doing their best for restaurant experience including customer experience and working experience.
