RIJKS® opened its doors in the Philips Wing of the Rijksmuseum in 2014 and appointed Joris Bijdendijk as executive chef. RIJKS® is currently closed in the Rijksmuseum and there is RIJKS POP UP at Gustav Mahlerplein 1B on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. RIJKS will reopen at its location at the RIjksmuseum on November 25th. Reservations for the POP UP and the new RIJKS can be booked via the website.
