Riller Capital is an investment firm, which is focused on hotel acquisitions and asset management in the US. Founded in 2019 by Suril Shah, the Riller team has continued to expand and has acquired over $1.5 billion of assets since its founding. Our portfolio of nearly 80 hotels nationwide comprises both full service and select service assets across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG brands. Riller Capital has worked with a variety of institutional capital partners historically and has most recently partnered with a world class private equity institution to help scale their hospitality business. Through this partnership, a robust acquisition pipeline has been identified, with over $1.0 billion of acquisitions executed on in the last 6 months.
