At Rincon Homes, our collective experience of 50+ years is ingrained with the multiple disciplines of a Fortune 500 home building company. Expertise in design, strategic planning and construction are outweighed only by our desire to provide you with your new home. HISTORY Rincon was formed by three home building executives in 2009 with the idea of building quality homes on a smaller scale to have a stronger connection with the homes we build and the families who purchase one. DESIGN For each project, Rincon teams with the finest design consultants who are ingrained in the local community. Rincon’s in-house team works closely with these consultants to create homes and sites that fit our unique approach to thoughtful and efficient urban-coastal living. PRINCIPALS Thomas St.Clair - Manages acquisition of properties, project design and entitlement process in Orange County. In addition, Tom manages the financial division of Rincon Homes. Kevin Dunn - Manages acquisition of properties, project design and entitlement process in San Diego County. He is a licensed real estate broker and manages the sale of all homes in Orange and San Diego Counties. Kevin works closely with Rincon’s investors and debt partners. Cameron St.Clair - Manages the vertical / horizontal construction, purchasing, and interior design of all homes. He holds the companies general contracting license.
