Our boutique operation, which only works on several mandates at any given time has been in business more than 15 years. Our role is to manage the divestiture process while our clients, the owners, run the business so it is as strong as it can possibly be through the closure. Through referrals from existing clients, our company has successfully completed more than 50 transactions across a wide variety of industries in Canada.
