The organisation continues to diversify its activities to ensure we cater for the full scope of membership sectors: agriculture, haulage, construction, forestry, public sector, local authorities, utility providers and more Additionally, the vast scope of training solutions delivered through Ringlink Services Ltd, provides the membership access to a wide range of legislative training courses in addition to offering Health & Safety expertise in the workplace, ensuring businesses remain compliant and quality assured. The Pre-Apprenticeship programme (previously known as the Internship) has evolved to become accredited by SRUC and offers new entrants the chance to earn and learn in the workplace whilst also gaining a vocational qualification at SCQF level 4. The Pre-Apprenticeship is designed to encourage, train and offer opportunities to 16-21 year olds who are keen to embrace and work in the land-based industry, serving as a taster for the vast array of job opportunities that the sector has to offer.
