For the first two weeks of preseason all we did was speed and agility work and technical training with a small weighted rubber ball. After two weeks we finally started playing with a soccer ball and it felt like kicking a breach ball. Back in the states we couldn't find the ball anywhere, so we decided to manufacture it. RIOBOL is a small weighted ball, smaller than a size three and as heavy as a full size ball, pronounced (RIO as in Rio de Janeiro, and BOL as in ball). We have no gimmicks. No cords. No wifi required. Just a simple small weighted ball that will help any player willing to put in the work. Our mission is to create places for underprivileged kids to play, so a portion of every RIOBOL sold goes towards building soccer parcs in disadvantaged neighborhoods. We are just getting started.
