Ripley Machine is a family owned machine shop in Western New York. The company is owned by Andrew Reinwald, the grandson of Quentin Bensink (who previously owned the company). Ripley Machine specializes in Production CNC Turning and Grinding. Our company and its employees have served the Erie, Buffalo and Jamestown area for over 50 years. We also serve customers nationwide and internationally. RMT received ISO certification in 2016 and in 2018 recevied ISO 9001:2015 certification. GRINDING DEPARTMENT Our company has five centerless grinders. Two grinders are setup for bar grinding. This process saves a lot of companies with swiss or screw machines a lot of time by providing material at a finished diameter. Our other grinders are capable of being setup for infeed or through feed parts. Our infeed centerless grinders can grind up to 2-1/2" dia. We have specialized in centerless grinding for over 50 years and prides ourselves on providing high quality grinding with short lead times. We also specialize in through feed centerless grinding on variety of products for customers in a variety of industries.One of our CNC grinders has the capability to grind parts on centers up to a length of 20". This capability allows us to grind products concentric with multiple diameters. We also have five internal grinders for taper and straight bore grinding. CNC MACHINING We also specialize in CNC machining with a primary focus on CNC turning of products from 1/2" in diameter to 10" in diameter. We are able to bar feed up to 3-1/2" in diamter. We are particularly familiar with components for valve applications but also machine parts for a wide array of industries.
